From the our first phone conversation, to our first meeting, to our last post-placement study, she had a way of making us feel as if we were old friend's she had known all of her life! We contacted Michelle by email and the following morning we had one of the most beautifully written stories I had ever read. We were becoming rather discouraged by the agencies we were contacting to complete our home study.  Our daughter was going to be available in less than five weeks and other agencies were just outrageous - in price, time and requirements! Requiring three month contracts, additional money for the "expedited" report, prepayment on post adoption home study services, additional expense for their parenting classes and more "fees" than I care to remember.

When I received Michelle's email, I ran into the living room to tell my husband "she gets it!, she really gets it!  Michelle completed our home study within our time frame and charged LESS THAN A QUARTER of the price of the other agencies, there were no additional or hidden fees. I have gladly recommended Michelle to several families. If it weren't for Michelle, we wouldn't have our two wonderful children. We started our Independent Ukrainian adoption process in Nov 2004, and because Ukraine's government basically completely shut down, we did not travel to adopt until Oct 2006. I found Michelle online and she did our home study update literally in the 11th hour and for a VERY reasonable price.
